Shipping takes place within 15 working days from the date of your order. Victoria Sports entrusts your order into the hands of the DHL courier company who will proceed with delivery to the address you have indicated in your order.
After 15 days from the order date and upon notice by email or phone, it is possible to pick up the package at our store and save on shipping costs.
Returns and refunds possible only for defective or damaged merchandise.
To avoid size errors please follow the table provided in each item containing the various measurements ( waistline , hips , height and age )
No refund in case of size error.
In order to obtain a refund please do not peel off the tag from the delivered garment and return it in perfect condition and unwashed.
